Tamborine Mountain Scarecrow Festival 2019

Scarecrows at the Scarecrow Festival Tamborine Mountain

Held every year on Mt Tamborine over a full weekend, this fun packed festival allows visitors and locals alike to explore the ‘Scarecrow Trail’ around the mountain and discover the many artistic scarecrows created by the folks on Mount Tamborine.

The festival and fun atmosphere is maintained with musicians and other performing artists to entertain you. There are many food and drink ‘opportunities’ to ensure that you do not go hungry or thirsty as well as all the variety of attractions of Tamborine Mountain.

The Tamborine Mountain Scarecrow Festival is an annual festival for all ages. Running from 13th-22nd Sep 2019.

Visit Tamborine Mountain to see 100’s of scarecrows along the Scarecrow Trail. Bring the whole family to the mountain and have a great, fun time, whether for the one day or more.

The festival is one of the largest community events involving the whole of Tamborine Mountain.

You can drive the trail and enjoy the scarecrows at any time during the Scarecrow Festival.

Live music, face painting, pig racing, farm animal petting zoo, pony rides, bubble soccer, old fashion games, entertainment of all sorts.

Explore and enjoy handicraft & antique shops, art galleries, wineries, cheese factory & brewery, cafes & restaurants, organic produce outlets.

Visitors can extend their time on the Mountain and enjoy an extra day of fun by choosing a special Place To Stay, staying at one of the local boutique accommodation B&B’s, Cottages, Motels or Holiday Houses.
