A large stone fireplace dominates a light, airy dining room of polished wood and large windows, or guests can choose to dine alfresco at a wine barrel table and enjoy the lush, green surrounds and chirping birds.
Salt and pepper prawns with baby salad leaves, fresh lemon and housemade chilli mayonnaise may be the ideal starting point, or be tempted by casarecce pasta with porcini mushrooms, white truffle oil, wild rocket and Parmesan, teamed with a Chardonnay or Riesling. Prime beef rib fillet, with rosemary salt shoestring fries, café de Paris butter and roast tomato, may appeal to those with heartier appetites, with plenty more meal choices to select from.
Culinary Tip: We are well known for our slow roasted pork belly, with sautéed potatoes, baby salad leaves and housemade pumpkin and rosemary aioli.
